El arte culinario es el más placentero que existe. Nos trasporta a través de los sentidos a distintos rincones del mundo, nos causa emociones incomparables, nos emociona, nos cautiva, nos fascina.

My most favourite dish that night was the Montadito de Pulpo by Chef Hector Leyva of Hector’s Kitchen: Peruvian style octopus cooked with garlic and aji rocoto (a Peruvian chile). I had five of these delicious bites.
